1. Information collected
- Contact details such as name, email address and company information you provide.
- Service details, URLs, error descriptions, logs or screenshots voluntarily supplied for assessment.
- Technical records such as IP address, browser information, timestamps and security-verification results.
- Project, billing and communication records created during an engagement.
2. How information is used
- Respond to enquiries and assess requested work.
- Prepare quotes, deliver services and maintain project records.
- Protect the form and website against spam, abuse and unauthorised activity.
- Meet accounting, contractual, security and legal obligations.
- Improve service processes using non-sensitive operational information.
3. Turnstile verification
The contact form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to distinguish legitimate submissions from automated abuse. Cloudflare may process technical and device information under its own privacy terms. Do not submit the form if you do not agree to that verification process; you may contact iBugFix by email instead.
4. Email and service providers
Enquiries are transmitted through the configured email and hosting providers. Information may also be processed by infrastructure, backup, accounting or support providers that are reasonably required to operate the service. Providers should receive only the information needed for their role.
5. Credentials and sensitive data
Do not submit passwords, private keys, payment-card details, health information or unnecessary personal data through the public form. Secure credential exchange should occur only after scope confirmation using an agreed protected method.
6. Retention
Enquiry data is retained only as long as reasonably needed for response, security records, follow-up and legitimate business obligations. Project and financial records may be retained for contractual, tax, dispute and legal purposes. Credentials should be temporary and are not intentionally retained longer than necessary.
7. Legal bases and rights
Depending on the applicable jurisdiction, information may be processed with consent, to take steps requested before a contract, to perform a contract, to meet legal obligations or for legitimate operational and security interests. You may request access, correction or deletion where the applicable law provides those rights, subject to lawful retention requirements.
8. International processing
Remote services and cloud providers may involve processing in more than one country. Reasonable contractual and technical safeguards should be used where cross-border data rules apply.
9. Security
Reasonable administrative and technical controls are used to protect information, but no internet transmission or storage system is completely risk-free. Customers should minimise submitted data and use temporary access credentials.
10. Contact
